Frank delivered what he promised.  I would rate his service top notch and he exceeded all my expectations!  His network of people; lender, transaction coordinator, and title company all provided his same level of service.  I chose Mr. Godfrey because he came highly recommended and I was not dissapointed.  He was very accessible and I will use him again and refer him to others.
