Frank moved to the District of Columbia in 1991 to assist his uncle as an appraiser in the Real Estate Appraisal industry. Within a year, as Vice President of O & A, Inc. his company grew from a one-man shop to a twelve-employee machine. In 1994, O & A, Inc. diversified into the Home Inspection industry and was known as the largest minority owned and operated Appraisal and Home Inspection Company in the region.

Investing in real estate, he soon realized that the Real Estate sales side of the industry is where he was destined to be. In the summer of 2000, he started his Real Estate career by joining Re/Max 100. At that time he was a Buyer's Specialist for one of the top teams in the region. In the summer of 2003 he started his own team, Team Godfrey, and in May of 2004 he made one of the best decisions of his life by moving from Re/Max to Keller Williams Preferred Properties.

He has over the years assisted hundreds of seller and buyers, from the first timers to the savvy investor, estates sales to pre-foreclosure, foreclosure prevention to post-foreclosure, working directly with REO departments for national banks and of course the sale and purchase  of luxury homes.

He has performed seminars for Washington Urban Leagues buyer programs located in the District of Columbia dedicated to educating the first time home buyer.  Other seminars include seminars regionally provided for free for investors and home buyers.

Frank with his team has been one of Top five producing agents in his office for the past three years and has received numerous sales awards from Prince Georges County Association of Realtors and Keller Williams Realty.

Leader in the Market center.  Frank has been on the (ALC) Associate Leadership Council for the past five years and currently Chairs the Technology Committee and Co-Chairs the Recruiting committee.
